Refund policy

 

At Modesty House, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please email us at  info@modestyhouse.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We offer size or color exchanges, based on product availability.

To request an exchange:

• Email us at  info@modestyhouse.ca with your order number and desired item.

• We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at  info@modestyhouse.ca

• Please include a photo and description of the issue

• We will promptly resolve it with a replacement or refund
